Having effective, easy & fun to use happiness tips and tools is like being a beautiful gull soaring above life's dramas and living life with a more balanced and broader perspective and positive attitude.
Happiness Quick Tips:
Here are a few things you can "sneak" into your day for some brighter energy:
1.Take a few easy breaths, while having a slight smile on the lips. It can be helpful to count the in breath and out breath, making the inhale and exhale even or the exhale a bit longer.
2.Soft small smile on the lips, place your hand on your heart (unless you are in a place where this would look weird). Bring to mind someone you easily love (an uncomplicated relationship -- pets count) and send them loving thoughts or energy.

3.Smile on the lips (Do you see a pattern here?), think of a time that you were helpful to someone and you loved doing whatever it was you were doing. Picture how happy they were to receive your support. Very important -- do not think of something you did out of obligation or sacrifice. This is about a win-win.
The slight smile theme tells the body to produce "happy hormones" and brightens the mood.
